Exchange 2010 site with active databases crashed, as in smoke coming from SAN...

So DAG is now non-operational.  However, the database copies at the other site did not activate, and I cannot get them to activate. The DAG itself did work, because when we take an individual server down to test failover, it works like a champ.  I've tried activing one of the databases by the move-activemailboxdatabase cmdlet using -skipactivecopychecks, -skipclientexperience, -skiplagchecks, etc, but still won't activate. Depending on what swithches I use, I get "an error occurred while trying to validate the specific database copy for possible activation", to "the database was not mounted because it has experienced data loss as a result of a switchover or failover, and the attempt to copy the last logs from the source server failed". The error about activation also says "...copy queue length of <very large number> logs, which is too high to enable automatic recovery."  But, using the -skiplagchecks and the -mountdialoverride still do not work.  So, if anyone has some ideas on how to activate and mount the database copies, I would appreciate it.

Thanks.
