Hi,
We have exchange 2010 SP2rollup 5 and have an issues with the automateprocessing value for user mailboxes.
In several instance we have had users complain that their mailboxes are immediately deleting emails (not just meeting requests but all incoming mail for that user).
If I check the automateprocessing value it is set to autoaccept. I have to set it to autoupdate and this immediately resolves the problem
In another instance I have one user who, when invited to a meeting, his delegate accepts for him. At some random time (sometimes after midnight) the meeting is canceled. He is not the once cancelling but all the attendees (even the organizer) get the cancellation. At that same moment the a new email is only sent to himself to add the item to his calendar. The user is not doing this, it seems to be a random occurance.
I check the users automateprocessing and it is set to none.. I set it to autoupdat and will see.
I have seen that I am not the only person to have seen this, but no explanations. The calendar hijack issue, I thought, was to be resolved in rollup4 but Iguess not.
Thoughts?
