We have a certain remote domain that we need to enforce all emails sent to it to plain text formatting.
I have created a custom remote domain in EMC and used the "Set-RemoteDomain -ContentType MimeText and also set the "Use Rich Text to Never". But, no matter what I set, it still received as HTML.
The users are connecting with Outlook 2007. The default message format being sent from the client is HTML.
When they send the email to the specific remote domain, even if it is in HTML format, I want all messages to be converted to plain text automatically.
We are in the process of upgrading from Exchange 2003. In Exchange 2003, we applied these plain text rules by setting custom Internet Message Formats and they worked fine. But, we are not having luck when trying to do it with Exchange 2010.
Any ideas?
