Hello everyone,
I have another weird question.
Many of our users have connected their exchange account to their mobile and this is working fine. However one user can't get it to work on his mobile (HTC Desire HD) we have checked all settings on the phone with a working one and it worked without any problems. When he connects a mailbox it works fine but his own user account doesn't work.
Since he is going to be doing support during the holidays it would be nice if he could check his e-mail. Since i have no idea where to look in exchange (the emc shows nothing special) i hope to find some assist here.
