Issue removing a move request

Hello Everyone,

     I am trying to remove a move request and I have searched all over and found nothing like mine.

I have a use we tried moving to another mailbox database and the move is at 99% completing.

Here is the error from the EMC

When I try use the Shell

Failed to communicate with the mailbox database.

Is there another cmd I can run to clear the move request?
