Hi
We have users with more than one position in our Organization , they should send mails to customers from diffrent email-addresses , for example Mr XX should send fromXX@company1.net & XX@company2.net so we have created 2 user-mailbox for him .
in this method one of the AD accounts is useless and Mr XX just use one of these domain accounts .
As far as I know we must have a useraccount for each mailbox in Exchange and I should create two mailbox,set full permission on second account to primary account andthen we can disable second account.
I wanna to tell me which way is better to build a new user in this situation :
1.create 2 user-mailbox , set permission & disable second account " which I ll do for old users"
2.create 1 user-mailbox + 1 shared-mailbox "set permission " ?
3. an easier way?
