Emails with attachments are not delivered to mailbox

Hello,

I have new Exchange 2010 with SP1. 3 accounts were moved from Exchange 2003 to 2010. Two are working fine but 1 is not receiving anything with attachments internally or externally.

This is the error I receive when sending to this mailbox message with attachment internally:

Also I cannot dissconnect this mailbox. This is the error:
