Unable to move a message between accounts via mobile device

Exchange 2010 SP1
Rollup 8
on 2008 R2 64 bit.
iPad2 iOs 6.01

I have 2 corporate Exchange accounts setup on my mobile device. When I go into account "A", I open a message, I select move, I then navigate to my other Exchange account "B". Exchange account "B" shows up but is grayed out.
Is this by design? or is there a setting I need to configure? or a setting I might have misconfigured?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
