When sending email from out Outlook 2010 and Exchange 2010 Server, mail has GIBBERISH garbled characters that get inserted. There are multiple users on the network using the same server and client with NO problems. We have also installed the affected users profile on several other machines without any problem. The issue is that the current machine is a development system and would take too long to do a full installation of windows which was suggested in the past. So far we have removed the users profile for Outlook, uninstalled and reinstalled outlook, verified FONT settings, deleted the local machine profile for exchange and recreated it same problem. Example of the mail w/ character problem is below. It seems to happen whenever various characters are used such os the ' , etc. It's Random and does not occur all the time and is isolated to this specific machine. Any suggestions? We are at a loss and the customer/client is getting frustrated as they are a solutions reseller also.
You should be able to tell them that one of your customers has a mission critical MS Outlook problem that’s been going on for more than a year now and let them know all the steps you’ve taken to try to resolve.
