Hello,
I have installed a 2010 Exchange enviroment (Sp2 U4 Ent), win2k8, Ent SP1), the CAS servers are using a LB IP which for this example we will call 192.168.1.2. DNS points correct, I can ping the url and it resolves to the LB IP, i have AS clients, mailflow,
outlook clients, connecting fine, the MS test connectivity site did not find anything wrong with our setup. This appears to be happening only internally.
I have a 2007 exchange enviroment coeexisting at the moment
We have set up a third part cert for our CAS servers and everything seems to be working fine, however....
So far I have two users (me being one of them) that get two pop ups at random, one is asking
Allow this website to configure user@domain server settings?
http://192.168.1.2/autodiscover/autodiscover.xml
Your account was redirected to this website for settings.
You should only allow setting from sources you know and trust.
I find it very odd that I am being prompted for an IP address, when I go to the IP, I am being asked to accept the certificate, which leads me to my next issue, this is the second error and it occurs with the same IP. I saw there is an article on how to supress the first error, however I find that will not work because I believe it is an trust issue with the IP. This did not happen with our 2007 enviroment either.
