Ok so We have been having some odd issues going on and I am not sure what to do.
I asked users with larger than 4 gb to start cleaning up their mailboxes. We started creating PST files and moving or archiving messages to them, we have discovered that when we do that the messages are not deleting from the mailbox they go into the Recover Deleted Items folder?
How can we stop this from happening? I had -singleitemrecovery turned on but I have since turned that off. Could this be causing issues?
Need some help though..
