When deploying an Exchange system for my small business clients, should I always register reverse DNS records for their IPs? I do configure SPF records, but I'm facing issues when mailing domains like shawn.ca and aol.com.
My question came because I've tested gmail.com and I haven't been able to find a match between PTR and A records. I made the same tests with Office 365 servers and the same was found. Maybe I'm missing something in my setups and I don't need reverse DNS.
