We use Exchange Server 2010 in our Organization.
There are 2 CAS, 2 Hub, and 4 Mailbox servers.
Trend Micro AntiSpam (ScanMail for Microsoft Exchange 2010 v.10.2) were installed on the Hub servers. It marks the letters as SPAM in the subject and shifts the letters to "Junk mail" folder in users mailboxes.
Our users creates their rules in the Outlook for the letters which satisfy to certain conditions. According to some rules the letters should be shifted into the special folder, even if some letters were marked as SPAM. But some letters, marked as SPAM, are shifted into "Junk Mail" instead of the special folder.
Is there is this problem in Exchange 2010/Outlook 2010 or not?
What we can do for resolve this problem?
