1)The Write DACL for the Exchange Enterprise Servers group should be removed from the root of the domain:

are there permissions for?Is there any significance or dependency on exchange 2010.
2)Storage driver file for on server is more than two years old. Check with your vendor to find out if a newer version is available. Installed driver details.
=>Exchange is installed on VMWARE so which storage driver do i need to upgrade. VMWARE tools.
3)The maximum LDAP page size for the default query policy is set too high and may cause performance problems. The default of 1000 is recommended. Current value: 30000.
=>If i reduce the query size does it have any impact. Can i view the settings in AD MMC.
4)IPv6 is disabled on the network adapters. However, the hosts file still contains the ::1 loopback. This can cause unexpected issues. Please remove the entry from the hosts file. The hosts file can be found in the following.
=>I cudn't find IPV6 in host file.
