Offline Address Book Download error 0x8004010F

Hi All,

Few users with Outlook 2003 cannot download address book, it gives an error 0x8004010F .

While checking in download address book i cannot see \ with Global Address list, whereas all the other users with outlook 2007 and 2010 have no issues. It was working fine with no issues. It has just started to give error today.

There was no change made at Server end.
